1. Nopales Salad
Ingredients:
3 medium nopales cooked and cut into strips
2 tomatoes diced – 1 small onion chopped
1 serrano chile chopped (optional)
Chopped cilantro to taste
Juice of 2 lemons
Salt and pepper to taste
Crumbled cheese.
Preparation:
1. Mix the cooked nopales with the tomato, onion, serrano chile and cilantro.
2. Add lime juice, salt and pepper. Serve with crumbled queso fresco on top.
